In three-and-a-half years you will complete a technical or IT apprenticeship, gain a year of professional experience and graduate as a Bachelor of Science (business information management) or Bachelor of Engineering (mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering). The academic part will take place at e.g. the FOM (Fachhochschule für Oekonomie und Management – University of Applied Sciences) or the TH Georg Agricola University in Bochum in parallel with work during the evenings and at weekends.
All students on integrated degree courses will participate in our Young Potentials program.
Prerequisites for the integrated degree course are a high level of commitment and motivation, a general qualification for university or technical college entry and above-average grades in the subjects relevant to your studies.
In return we offer you an outstanding apprenticeship and a variety of extras: We will assign expert contacts to support you during your studies and prepare you for a career with thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG in our tailored Young Potentials program: Training workshops and networking events are just two of a range of interesting modules.
