In this context, ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe meets the following international norms and standards: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, SCC Safety Certificate Contractors, as well as taking account of the individual quality regulations of our customers.
Quality assurance measures at all process stages using state-of-the-art measuring processes and methods as well as regular product-related audits ensure that customers receive high-quality products which meet their requirements. Further quality assurance processes are developed in quality committees and associations as well as in direct dialog with our customers.
The ultimate aim of our wide-ranging efforts is to continue to be able to meet the increasing requirements of our customers in the future.
