EDI is the fully automated electronic exchange of business and process data between you and our company. Information on the complete order handling process is provided on a just-in-time basis.
You can specify on an individual basis the transactions for which you require automatic electronic data interchange. Applications include e.g. purchase orders, inventory overviews, analysis data and invoices.
By agreement with ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe, you decide how frequently you wish to receive data updates – weekly, several times a day or event-driven.
Electronic data interchange replaces the time- and cost-intensive manual interchange of data in paper form with all the scope for errors that entails.

Dependable transfer media and controlled transfer protocols mean that exchanging data with ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe is perfectly safe. Our one-to-one relationship prevents any third-party access to your data.
Data format of your choice
We of course support the standard EDIFACT, ODETTE and VDA formats and would be pleased to agree individualized formats on request. We will also consult you to determine the best technical connection process.
