Quality management
The DOC® was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification by TÜV NORD in 2002. This certification attests that the DOC® has systematic and documented procedures, operates in a customer- and market-focused way and strives to continuously improve all processes.
ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification followed in 2003. This standard specifies higher requirements than ISO 9001:2000 with regard to development project documentation and control of measuring and test equipment.
ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification is verified each year by audits.
